  • Assistant Account Executive

    Names in the News is seeking several full time assistants. These entry-level positions require the ability to maintain a fast pace while remaining extremely focused. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Windows software and have previous experience involving heavy phone work, faxing copying and filing. Previous nonprofit experience and basic negotiation skills are helpful but not essential. Salary starts at $25,000 per year +, DOE.

  • Executive Assistant

    Reporting to the CEO strong candidates must have excellent computer skills polished written and verbal skills and the ability to multitask independently. Nonprofit experience preferred but not essential; direct mail experience is a plus!

  • Marketing Manager

    Experienced, creative manager desired to write proposals coordinate marketing schedule and customize ads for nonprofit client base. Must have demonstrated written, verbal, and creative abilities plus the ability to "run your own show" with the support of an assistant. Direct mail experienced preferred.
